Is it Spring?

Saturday the weather was amazing. I believe it actually hit 70 degrees! Hard to believe that it is January. But don't worry winter is back. It is freezing today! Saturday we took Jenna to the park to enjoy this great weather. She has such a great time. She was very happy to shed her heavy winter coat and just play.

She loved the slides at this park.

Happy New Years!

Happy New Years! Here is to a great 2007! We spent New Years Eve with Madison, Jennifer and Mark. The girls had a blast playing and us adults had a great time eating and drinking. Jenna made a good try at staying up until midnight. I believe she fell out somewhere between 11/1130pm, while Madison was a trooper and stayed up until the ball dropped. These girls were all over the place, so these are the best 2 pictures I could get.
May everyone have a happy, healty New Year!

Christmas Day

Christmas Day finally arrived and Jenna was so excited that Santa left gifts under the tree for her. She had so much fun opening up her gifts. We had Christmas Day at our house this year. Everyone came over - Gladys, Darren and Iliana, Iliana's family and Mom and Jason. Even Murphy took the ride out to Brooklyn. We all had a great time spending the day together. We hope everyone had a great Christmas holiday!

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve was loads of fun. We celebrated at my mom's house with my Aunt Susan, Uncle Thomas, Tommy and Jimmy and those big boys - Ethan and Brandon. We had a great time and the kids had a blast playing with each other.

Christmas Party

Friday December 22 was the anual KBW Christmas Party for the kids. Jenna had a blast playing with all the other kids and seeing the special guests - Mickey Mouse, Red Power Ranger and Santa Claus! Afterwards we finished up our shopping at the mall, again and Jenna got to ride the train, again. First time we rode it together and the second time she was a big girl and rode it by herself!

Almost Christmas!

It is less than a week to Christmas and we are still running around! Can't wait to sit back and enjoy the holidays this weekend coming up. This past weekend we were out on LI for a Christmas Party. We had a great time as did Jenna. Sunday, Jenna and I spent the day shopping with Grandma Gladys. We dragged Grandma over to Staten Island and shopped for hours. I know we were exhausted by the time we got home. And finally the Christmas tree is up and decorated. Mike and I decorated it last night with a little help from Jenna.
We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas holiday this weekend.
Merry Christmas!!!!!

Meeting Santa Claus

Another fun filled weekend. Saturday we took Jenna to see Santa Claus at Victory Hospital. We met up with Madison, Jennifer and Mark. Jenna loved Santa. She actually sat in his lap and kept going over to him when he was not busy with the others kids. This was definitely a better reaction than last year. Madison wasn't as trusting as Jenna. She liked to look at Santa from a distance. Afterwards we headed over to Zach's 2nd Birthday party. We had a great time celebrating Zach's birthday. All of Jenna's friends from Tutor Time were there. She was so tired from playing with everyone that she fell asleep at 7pm! Sunday Jenna and I headed out to Staten Island to shop and we visited with Michele and Richie. Jenna enjoyed seeing her Aunt Shel, Richie and Kyle. Only 3 1/2 months until Baby Boy Sere arrives - yeah!

Here comes the cold!

After a nice warm spell, the cold has finally arrived. It is hard switching from our light jackets to our heavy coats with hats and gloves. Now that the cold weather is here, it finally feels like the holidays. Our weekend was jam packed, back to the norm for us. Saturday night I held a Gift Basket Party with Gladys. It was a great success and it was a lot of fun. Sunday, Matthew Sean Hamarich was Christened. I finally got to see him and hold him! He is so cute and so small. Hard to believe Jenna was ever that small. Jenna had a lot of fun playing with Alex, Sammie, Shea and Taylor. It was also great to see Jenn and Scott. Congratulations Matthew!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving! We had a great holiday and wonderful long weekend. It was great to have off 4 days in a row. Gladys hosted Thanksgiving at her house. Jenna had a great time playing with her cousins Brandon and Amanda. It was a very relaxing day and everyone definitely ate way too much! Friday Mom, Jenna and I hit the stores early with all the other crazy shoppers. The weather was so warm - hard to believe it was the end of November. Saturday we celebrated Kaitlyn's first birthday. It feels like yesterday she was just born - Happy Birthday Kaitlyn. Finally Sunday was our day of rest. Jenna helped me put up our Christmas decorations. She is too cute since she now knows who Santa Claus is. Let's see if we can get her to sit with him for a picture. Can't believe Christmas is right around the corner.

The weekend before Thanksgiving

We haven't posted in a while since we have had absolutely nothing to do! It is a first that we have gone 3 weekends without having to go anywhere. Saturday night Michele and Chrissy came over for some girl time. Jenna had a blast visiting with them both. It was a totaly guy-free evening while we caught up. Sunday was a day to relax since we had planned. Jenna and I went to the park to get in some last minute play time since the weather has just turned cold. Hard to believe that this week is Thanksgiving. We hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!

This was taken right after her bath.

Halloween 2006

This Halloween was a lot of fun. Jenna was dressed up as a Rockette, while I went as Snow White (thank you Chrissy!) She had a blast walking around with Madison and Jennifer. The weather was great. Hard to believe it was the end of October. Jenna really had her trick-or-treat down pat - she came home with lots of candy.

We hope everyone had a great Halloween!
